In addition to a standard invoice showing Zapptax’s name and address, other documents can be accepted, as long as they clearly include Zapptax’s details.
A sales receipt showing the name Zapptax and part or all of Zapptax’s address is sufficient and can be used instead of an invoice.
🔎 If my POS system can generate a “gift receipt” (without prices), it most likely can also print receipts that include Zapptax’s name and address. I can contact my software provider to help me set this up
A handwritten invoice, such as from a numbered invoice pad (like Exacompta), is also acceptable, provided that:
Zapptax’s address is filled in.
My store stamp is clearly visible on the document.
To help the Zapptax team correctly process the items, I can suggest that my customer also upload a photo of their receipt along with the handwritten invoice.
