If my customer already has a loyalty account in my store, I can configure my checkout system to include Zapptax’s name and address either alongside the customer’s details, or in additional fields provided for this purpose.
This lets me preserve loyalty tracking and rewards, while still issuing an invoice or receipt that meets the Zapptax requirements.
Another option is to create a “generic” customer account under Zapptax’s name and address, and then manually add the customer’s name and address if needed.
